Once you make a reservation with us, rooms are held for your exclusive occupation in our computerised reservation system. We do not have a policy of overbooking and guarantee your reservation. Due to the nature of our business cancellations affect us significantly and we apply the following refund and cancellation policy:

Refund and cancellation policy

A minimum of 21 days notice from arrival is required for the cancellation / amendment of a reservation. Cancellations will attract a 25% cancellation fee.
A cancellation / amendment to a reservation (or an existing stay) advised outside the above time frame or a 'No Show' will result in a 'Cancellation Fee' charged equivalent to the deposit you have paid at the time of booking. 
Any 'Cancellation Fee' charged will be refunded if suite(s) are re-let under similar terms and conditions of the original reservation. 
We reserve the right to accept reservations that are subject to a minimum stay period from time to time. A request to reduce the length of stay of an existing reservation may result in the reservation no longer being accepted.

Check-in time is between 11am - 7pm. Please contact the lodge direct if you wish to check-in outside of these times.

Smoke Free
All of our rooms are designated "Smoke Free". If you smoke in your unit, then you will be charged appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges.

Damage to lodge property will be charged at replacement cost.
